Joel is a Computer Engineer with his degree from the University of South Florida in Tampa, FL. Joel started his engineering career with EMR Telemetry (now L3) as a Design Engineer, Applications Engineer, and as Southeast Sales Manager. Joel then worked for Superior Electronics as International Sales Manager and Terametrix as Eastern Sales Manager. Joel became a Manufactures Rep helping our current customers in the Southeast again and started AeroGear Telemetry in 2002. He is proud to be a member of the Society of Flight Test Engineers (SFTE), International, Test & Evaluation Assoc. (ITEA), National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA), Vertical Flight Society (VFS), Precision Strike Association (PSA), and Association of the United States Army (AUSA).

Ritchie is an Electrical Engineer with a BSEE from Mississippi State University in Starkville MS. Ritchie’s engineer career start at Keesler AFB MS as an EMC/EMI radiated emission and susceptibility Test Engineer. Ritchie moved to Huntsville AL, where he worked on the Kwajalein Missile Range to modernize the Telemetry system and Range Safety UHF system.  Then moved to Loral Space and Range in Rockledge FL, where he was the Telemetry lead engineer on the RSA program. For the past few years, Ritchie has been working with Quest Controls in Palmetto FL as the Director of Sales.

Steve has over 20 years of experience in the aerospace and defense market in a variety of technical sales and sales management roles. His experience includes almost every aspect of airborne telemetry applications – from sensors and airborne instrumentation to ground station and networking equipment. He has worked with over 50 different companies either as a sales engineer or as a sales manager, and has been involved with a variety of programs including commercial and military flight tests, rocket and missile programs, as well as commercial and military space vehicle applications. Steve is a U.S. Army veteran and a graduate of the United States Military Academy.

Greg is a sales engineer with over 20 years of technical sales experience. He holds a BS degree in Business from Jacksonville State University, Jacksonville, Alabama. He was educated in Industrial Technology/Electrical Engineering Technology from the University of West Florida, Pensacola, Florida. He started his professional career at SCI Systems working on the airforce's ATIS project, Airborne Test Instrumentation Systems. He left SCI
Systems to begin his technical sales career. Greg has covered the
southeast for many years working as a manufactures representative and Regional Sales Manager for BLH Electronics and Action Instruments. He has conducted numerous technical seminars on loadcell and strain gage technology. He is a certified Electrostatic Discharge Control sales engineer from Desco. He is actively involved in the local YMCA working with kids and various sporting programs. Greg is a member  of SFTE and VFS.

Kyle holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Alabama in Huntsville and began his career as a Field Applications Engineer in Microprocessors and Microelectronics.  Migrating to OEM sales for semiconductor manufacturers such as Cypress Semiconductor, Advanced Micro Devices, and ST Microelectronics, Kyle held various positions including territory management and Worldwide strategic account management for NCR.  Kyle has also worked as a manufacturer’s representative for electro-mechanical test sensors, RF Test Instruments, and electrical test and measurement equipment. Kyle is a member of SFTE and VFS.

Jim Falasco has been involved in various sales, marketing and business development roles in the real-time embedded computing market, including all types of sensors, DSP and data collection sensors including seismic, video, acoustic, infrared, etc. During his career, he has worked on applications revolving around telemetry, telecommunications, C4ISR, ELINT, SIGINT, ELINT, simulation & modeling, and situational awareness display. He has held management positions and acted as a key team member with organizations such as General Electric Embedded Computing, Textron Defense Systems, Intel-Dialogic, CSPI & Gould Electronics, In the last ten years he has evolved key marketing strategies to leverage the internet and social media into effective technical product sales and lead generation engines. He maintains two websites dedicated to security, surveillance, and situational awareness in the asymmetrical era we are in today. Mr. Falasco holds an: M.S. from Western Michigan University and a B.S from Bowling Green State University. Jim is a member of SFTE and VFS.

Justin Kirkwood

Justin Kirkwood has been involved in sales, business development, and program management for the past several years. Born and raised in Texas, Justin moved to Huntsville, AL in 2016 where he began his career in the aerospace and defense market. Justin worked for Dynetics as a part of the Avionics Products Department leading proposal and capture efforts to win new business, identifying opportunities to broaden the Avionics group products, and providing program management for an instrumentation contract in support of DoD T&E ranges. Justin has worked closely supporting custom telemetry products, flight termination products, solutions for encryption, flight data recorders, Time Space Position Information (TSPI) products, field test equipment, and ground support equipment. Justin has earned a Master of Arts in Intercultural Leadership and is a candidate for a Master of Science in Business Management/Leadership from Tarleton State University. Justin currently lives back in his home state of Texas in the Houston area.

Tim has been involved in aeronautical telemetry for over 30 years.  After his time in the US Air Force, he started with EG&G Special Projects in Las Vegas (flying to work for 10 years), then spent 10 years at EMR Telemetry designing systems from sensor to storage … and putting complex systems in Germany, China, and Australia.  In the early 90’s, he joined the startup Veda where he spent 20 years growing that company.  In that time he developed a telemetry systems training course and taught the course at the Tustin Technical Institute (TTI).  Over the years, Tim has been most everywhere, from Ascension Island to the Arctic Circle (Esrange in Kiruna, the northernmost town in Sweden), which included teaching duties in India and Turkey. Over the years he has been a member of the Telemetry Standards Consultive Committee (TSCC), the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA), Association of Old Crows (AOC), Society of Flight Test Engineers (SFTE), Range Commanders Council (RCC),  VFS, and today is a staff member with ITC.

Andy has over 30 years of experience in technical sales in the Aerospace and Defense industry with several companies, including Herley Industries, EnerSys, Ultra Electronics, Aydin Displays, and Kratos Defense.  He earned a B.S. in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.  Andy is a U.S. Army veteran having served four years in the Signal Corps as a Microwave Communications Systems Technician performing system analysis, troubleshooting, and repair of line-of-sight and tropospheric-scatter communications systems.  He also supported Test Range telemetry and data communications while stationed at Yuma Proving Grounds.   

 

Andy has a strong technical background, extensive experience in sales, marketing, and business development, and a commitment to the highest level of customer service.  His experience includes  component, sub-system, and system level sales in both domestic and international markets.  Andy’s product experience includes flight termination receivers/systems, radar transponders, data acquisition/telemetry systems, encryption support modules, telemetry transmitters, RF sub-systems, radar altimeters, IFF systems, C2 systems, data links, batteries, and ruggedized LCDs, computers, and camera systems.
